On 25 October 1890 in Carroll County, Maryland, she married Charles Eugene Sullivan, son of David Brown Sullivan and Catherine Zepp.[2]

Annie died 29 January 1901 and was buried at Black Rock Church of the Brethren Cemetery in Brodbecks, Manheim Township.[4][5]
