He was the son of John Francis Buller and Rebecca Trelawny.[1]He was baptised on the 9th of August 1735 at Morval, Cornwall, England.[1][2]He was educated at Christ Church College, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England. He married Anne Thomas, daughter of the Rt. Rev. John Thomas and Susan Muslo, on the 19th of April 1762. At Saint Anne, Soho, Westminster, London, England.[3]He died on the 12th of December 1796 at the age of 61 at Downes, Devon, England.[4]
