Charlotte Ann Bulley was born in 1862 in Manning River (now Taree-Wingham), New South Wales (Australia). She was the firstborn child of James Bulley and Janet Smith. [1] Her mother died in 1874 and her father later married again.
Charlotte married Alfred Baker in 1884 in Wingham, New South Wales (Australia). [2]
Aged 46 years, she passed away in 1908 in Taree [3] and is buried in Dawson River Cemetery, Cundletown NSW.[4]
