13 Jun 1907: Philemon Burgess was listed as surviving his father in his father's obituary. He was living in Buchtel, Ohio at the time of his father's death.[4]
Death
Philemon died April 20, 1932 in Trimble Township, Athens, Ohio. He was married at the time of his death. He had been a coal miner. His birthplace was listed as Gore, Perry County, Ohio. His father was listed as Henson Burgess and his mother as Catherine Haines. Fred Burgess provided the information for the death certificate.[1]
He was buried April 22, 1934[1] in Gore Cemetery, Falls Township, Hocking, Ohio.[5]
