Hannah Blanch Burgess was born on 26 Feb 1870 in Kempt, Hants, Nova Scotia. She was the daughter of Charles H Burgess and Hannah Starratt. [1] Their family lived in Kempt, Hants, Nova Scotia.[2][3]
