Icyphina was born in 1818. She is the daughter of Peter Burns and Sarah Griffith, and sister of Benjamin Franklin Burns. Icyphina married Obadiah Hooper. In 1850 they are enumerated on the federal census in Yalobusha County, Mississippi. [1] She passed away in 1862. [2]
