Please check valid sources for birth and death locations given in first and last lines on top of entry. "Much Canfeld, Suffolk, England" does not exist in historical records, and the Google Maps link just takes you to the center of Suffolk. There is an Essex parish called "Great Canfield" as well an one nearby called "Little Canfield", near Hatfield Broad Oak and other hotbeds of nonconformism in Essex in the 1570-1640 period. Note also that source 1 lists birth place as Great Canfield, Essex. Please fix this!
