Emily Moore Bush was born on 8 Jun 1835, and christened on 22 Jun 1835 at St Martin's Church in Birmingham, Warwickshire. She was the daughter of Joseph and Ellen Bush. [1]
By June 6th 1841, they were living in Phythian Street, Eccleston in Prescot, Lancashire; Emily's father was a glass cutter. [2]
Emily wasn't with her parents in 1851.
Emily married Henry Wilcock on 11 Sep 1853 at St Nicholas' Church in Liverpool, Lancashire. Both were of full age (21 or more) and living in Smithfield Street, and neither had been married before; Henry was a wheelwright. Their fathers were named as William Wilcock (miller) and Joseph Bush (glasscutter). The witnesses were Robert Wright and Catherine Edwards. [3]
