James Gary Bush's documents were lost in a fire in the church holding those documents in Miller County, Ga. The few documents we have start later in life after he was already on his own. No birth certificates or marriage certificates have been able to be found. The first time we can find Gary popping up is in the 1900 Census at the end of his Grandmother's life. The guess is that his parents had died, and only six years before that so did his grandfather. Two years after the reading of this census, his grandmother passed as well, leaving him alone. Thus, the next time Gary pops up is in the 1910 census as he's boarding with the Sasoms family as a hired hand.

James Gary Bush's records were burned in a fire, all but the ones I've found here. In one of these records, he is seen living with his grandmother, so I do not know who his mother and father is, but I know who his grandparents are...on one side. Any help with this would be extremely grateful, as I'm completely at a loss.
