Hannah Butler was born about 1801 in Skegby, Nottinghamshire, England. She was baptised at St Andrew's Church, Skegby on 8th March 1801, the daughter of William Butler and Ellen Lee.[1]
She died in January 1818, aged 17 years, and was buried at St Andrew's Church, Skegby on the 1st February 1818[2]. Her abode at the time of death was Skegby Forest, which was an area to the south east of the village of Skegby.
