VARDY, Edna — Passed away at the Dr. G.B. Cross Memorial Hospital in Clarenville on Sunday, March 16, 2008 Edna Blanche Vardy of Clarenville aged 75 years. Predeceased by her husband Ron, brother George Butt, sister Geneva Spurrell, her parents Effie and Moses Butt. Leaving to mourn her son Gordon (Linda) of Harcourt; sister Viola White of Hickman's Harbour; brothers Jack Butt (Kay) of Carmanville and Eric Butt (Dorothy) of Clarenville; granddaughter Laura of Grand Prairie, Alberta and a large number of relatives and friends. Rested at Fewer's Funeral Home in Clarenville. Funeral service held on Thursday, March 20, 2008 from Fewer's Funeral Home, Clarenville with interment at Clarenville Interdenominational Cemetery. In her memory donations may be made to Memorial United Church in Clarenville.
