Biography

Harley was born in 1890.

In 1910, his sister Zelma was living with the family of Amanda (Hocker) Bowsher, who was the sister of Zelma's mother - Mary Margaret (Hocker) Byrd. Zelma's brother Harley was with another family, Whortman, who also had another sister - Rose (Hocker) Witherill, who was widowed. Rose was some kind of relative to to the wife Mary Whortman, as Rose was listed as a sister-in-law to the head of the household - Jas Whortman, and Harley was listed as a nephew.
