Percival was born in 1906. He was the son of George Campbell and Alice Palmer. He passed away in 1985.
Percival's will dated 1949 leaves possessions to his wife Doris Irene. If she predeceases Percival then a step-son, Maurice Norman Keddy, is named as benficiary.
