Biography
The death of Mrs McGowan occurred on Tuesday at Mudgee.Relic of the late John McGowan of Hargraves who predeceased her by about 18 months.Mrs McGowan had been on a visit to her daughter in Sydney, she came back to Mudgee by train on Saturday morning but was so ill on arrival she was taken to Mudgee hospital, where it was found she was suffering from Pneumonia. She is survived by three daughters - Mrs J Reeves of Sydney - Mrs Bert Bond of Hargraves - Mrs Gray of Walgett . Buried Hargraves
