Biography

Horace Arthur Carey was born on 5 September 1875 in Victoria, Australia, the son of Martha (Francis) Carey and George Frederick Carey.^{[citation needed]}

He married Isabella Schlipalius in 1899 in Victoria.^[1] Their son was:

• Arthur Horace Carey (1909–1970)^[2]

Horace died about 1928 in Caulfield, Victoria.^[3] His remains were buried at Melbourne General Cemetery in Carlton, Victoria (grave location: WES K 735).^[4]
