Pierre Léon Carignan was born and baptized on 27 Jun 1772 in Saint-François-Xavier parish of Verchères, Province of Québec. His parents were Jean Louis Carignan and Marie Josephe Chaperon.[1]
Marriage
Pierre Carignan married Suzanne Riendo, daughter of Pierre Riendo and Suzanne Chauvin, on 19 Oct 1795 in Sainte-Anne de Varennes, Bas-Canada.[2]
2nd Marriage
Pierre Carignan, widower of Susanne Riendo, married Marie Forgette, daughter of the late Louis Forget and Angélique Chauvin, on 11 Aug 1806 in Sainte-Anne de Varennes, Bas-Canada.[3]
