Biography
Snoad Bonner Carraway was born c. 1789 in North Carolina,[1] possibly Washington County.
In the 1850 U.S. Census, he was recorded as "Snoud B. Caraway" age 61, living in Lenoir County, North Carolina, with wife Harriet, age 54, and sons Samuel (age 21) and William (age 12). In addition, "Loisa Caraway" (age 34) lived with them.[1]
