Biography
William James Carter was born on 16 May 1881 in Durham, Washington County, Arkansas, USA. He was the son of Benjamin Carter and Lucinda Caroline Young. He passed away on 7 Sep 1981 (aged 100) in Sallisaw, Sequoyah County, Oklahoma, USA[1] and was buried in Brent Cemetery, Gans, Sequoyah County, Oklahoma, USA.[2]
