Biography

Living in Ekalaka, Carter Co., Montana on 12 Sep 1918 when he registered for the draft. At that time he is described as being of medium height and stout build with blue eyes and light brown hair. He appears on the census of 1920 in Carter County, but by 1925 is living in Deadwood, South Dakota (Lawrence County) where he appears on the state census as a police officer. He states his wife's maiden name is Brunner and that they married in 1903 and have been in South Dakota for three years.

He is buried in section 2 of Parkview Cemetery, New Plymouth, Payette Co., Idaho.
