The picturesque hamlet of Jarvie is located 35 km north of Westlock off Highway 44 and is nestled on the banks of the Pembina River. In the surrounding area you will find many lakes for camping, fishing and water sports. During the fall and winter enjoy the numerous skidoo trails, hunting and ice fishing. There are a number of services available in the town including a community center that accomodates the senior drop-in group, Fire Hall, Cache Park with the Bat and Bird Conservancy, Jarvie Legion Play Park and skating rink.
