Historical location given as "on a hillside just north-east of Speed, Missouri. Up the hill on Route "F", past the creek, on the south side of the road, down in the woods." This burial ground is no longer in use. This cemetery has yet to be physically found. Stones possibly removed, or the location is down deep in the woods where you would have to hike in (private property).

Please note: This is an African American Cemetery. It was known as the "Colored Cemetery" of Speed in some records.

A. M. E. Church Cemetery (Bethel Memorial Gardens) was established for families of Speed at this time frame.
