Biography

From the History of Clermont County, we learn that in Goshen Township, "On the Lebanon road, east from the Shiloh meeting-house, Lewis Chaney, a native of Maryland, settled about 1815. He died many years ago. His son Thomas resides in Warren County, and other sons live in Jackson." ^[1]
