NOTICE.
WITH the Will annexed Administration of the Estate of ALFRED RUPERT CHAUNCY formerly of Biloela, Queensland, but late of Australian Imperial Forces, Soldier, deceased, who died on the 22nd November, 1943 has been granted to me, and Creditors, Next of Kin, and all others having claims Against the Estate are required to send in particulars of their claims to the Public Trustee, No. 412 Collins Street Melbourne, Victoria, on or before the 24th August, 1949 or they will be excluded from the distribution of the Estate when the assets are being distributed.
