Biography
Elbridge was born on 12 August 1823 in Westmoreland, Cheshire, New Hampshire, United States. He was the son of Alvin Chickering and Eunice (Gleason) Chickering.[1]
Elbridge married on 27 March 1817 in Westmoreland, New Hampshire. The couple had 7 children: Benjamin G Chickering, Male Chickering, Mary Ann Chickering, Elbridge Clinton Chickering, Alvin Alexander Chickering, Lucy Ann Chickering and Eunice Eliza Chickering.[2][3]
In the 1880 census Elbridge (age 56) was living in Baltimore, Baltimore (Independent City), Maryland, USA. Marital status: Married; Relation to Head of House: Self.[1]
Elbridge died at the age of 76 on 1 January 1900 in Baltimore County, Maryland, United States and was buried in Baltimore, Baltimore City, Maryland, USA.[4]
