Biography
Eleazar was born on 2 October 1737 in Killingly, Windham, Connecticut. He was the son of Penuel Child and Dorothy (Dwight) Child. [1][2]
There is a record for an Eleazer Childs dated 10 June 1756, as a Connecticut soldier from Woodstock in the French and Indian War. It may be this Eleazer. [3]
Eleazer's spouse is unknown, but four children are recorded for him.[2]
