Biography
Richard was born 11 March 1733, in Thompson, Connecticut, to Penuel Child and Dorothy Dwight.[1][2]
On 1 February 1759, in Thompson, Connecticut, Richard married Abigail Green, daughter of Captain Henry Green and Judith Guile. [3]
