Chipman-1827 and Chipman-854 appear to represent the same person because: Chipman 854 died in Bledsoe Tennessee. So did Chipman 1827. The birth dates and death dates are very similar. Chipman 1827 has a son named Washington who had brothers named George and William. Chipman 854 has son's named George and William. There's a little discrepancy with the names of the wife except that the wife's last name is the same for both. I really think they're the same person

My ancestor is Washington Chipman. Born in Bledsoe Tennessee. He also has brothers named George and William. His father is James Chipman but I had his mother as Elizabeth (Crockett) Chipman. I believe that this James Chipman is in fact Washington Chipman's father.
