Catherine was the daughter of Michael Chlysta and Maria Hentosz v Kahanyszyn, who resided in house # 243 in Ustrzyki Dolne. The midwife was Anna Leszega. Catherine was baptized on July 29, 1883 by Theodore Karpiak, local curate. The baptismal sponsors were: Michael Niemrec, craftsman of the local area, and Catherina, wife of Joannes Woznyj, local farmer.
- Michael was son of Gregori Chlysta and Maria Podolak.
- Maria was the daughter of Joannes Hentosz v Kahanyszyn and Maria Korenowska, of Ustrzyki Dolne.
Catherina died on December 5th, 1885.
