Biography

Birth and Upbringing: Simon was born in 1957
Occupation: Soldier – Rhodesian Army: Service No. 728864
Demise: Killed in action on 28 August 1978 while serving as a Trooper with 14 Tp, 3 Commando, 1st Battalion, Rhodesian Light Infantry at Rhodesia. He died in the arms of his stick leader, Trevor MacIlwaine, from a gunshot wound in a contact in the south of the country.
Burial: Simon John Clark was buried with full military honours [1]
