Richard was born on 27 Oct 1935 in Riverside, Riverside, CA as the eldest child of Dr. Fred Adam Clark Jr. and Dr. Helen Mary (Stroebe) Clark.[1]
He passed away on 7 Sep 2018 in Memphis, Shelby, TN.[2][3]
