Biography

Norman S Clark was born on August 15, 1838 in Nunda, Livingston, New York to John Clark and Clarissa Smith[1].

He married Emma Saunders on November 7, 1860 in DuPage County, Illinois[2]. They had three children:

  1. James Leslie Clark born May 27, 1866 in Elgin
  2. Susan Birdie Clark born July 28, 1867 in Elgin
  3. Marvin Wilber Clark born January 9, 1875 in Chicago

He married a second time to Mary Howard on October 20, 1887 in Chicago, Cook, Illinois[3].

Norman passed away on May 19, 1914 in San Martin, Santa Clara, California at the age of seventy-five[4]. He is buried at Gavilan Hills Memorial Park in Gilroy, Santa Clara, California[5].
