Floyd Clark was born on April 29, 1911 in Leamington, Millard, Utah, United States, son of Brigham Clark (1874–1943) and Hilma Elizabeth Sorensen (1878–1968).[1]
Floyd died on June 8, 1989 in Los Angeles, Los Angeles, California, United States, aged 78. He is commemorated at Desert Lawn Memorial Park, Palmdale, Los Angeles County, California.[1]
