DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with William by comparing test results with other carriers of his ancestors' Y-chromosome or mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with William:

Hi! I have a William Cline, son of [unk] Cline & [unk]. According to my records, he was married to [Saial(?)]* Klevenger. They were the parents of Sarah Cline, who was born in Logan Co VA 7/20/1836, died in Snohomish Co WA 9/6/1928, and is buried in the GAR cemetery in Snohomish WA. Any chance these people could be related to your William & Sarah Cline? thanx, jean
  • I found other notes which say he was born <1810 and married Hanna Clevenger, who was born <1814. Both were born in Glen Alum Dist, Logan Co., WV. If anyone has any info please post it on Cline-162 public bulletin board. Thanx
