Cochran-1678 and Cockrum-490 do not represent the same person because: This Cockrum is my paternal grandfather. Please do not merge any of the Cockrum entries in my family tree with Cochran. I have no direct evidence from family history that the previous merges of the branches of my Cockrum family tree with any Cochran should have occurred.

Cochran-1678 and Cockrum-490 appear to represent the same person because: family was duplicated, parents recently merged
