Biography
I have not been able to find Delilah Coker on any AR censuses prior to 1880 when she was shown as the wife of William Chesley Radford in Washington County, AR. Family stories state that she was an orphan living in the Nipps home with a Lucinda Coker Nipps Boatwright.
