Thomas Cole had grants from 1684-1693 in Kennebunk, ME. Will probated on July 7, 1696. Administration was granted to Nicholas Cole and Josiah Littlefield. A Certain Tract of Land & privilege of Falls & Stream Commonly Known by the name of Mousam Great Fall, while is in Township of Wells aforesaid Situate Lying & being near the Head of Said Township of Wells as more fully may appear by a grant from said Town of Wells to John Wheelwright Esq & Thomas Cole & Joseph Taylor Late of Wells deceased ...”
