S was born about 1845. She is the daughter of H Colley.
There is the possibility that the surname is actually Corley, not Colley.
There are Corley surnamed people buried in the Holmes Cemetery in Perry County, Alabama, who were from South Carolina just as the Colley family in the 1860 census were. The initials in the census, H.D., and the name of the wife (Elvina) match the names of the Corley people in the cemetery, with one exception. That exception is Sarah H. There is an S E Colley in the census.
Elvina Corley Henry D. Corley Mary D. Corley Sarah H. Corley
Anderson Holmes is in this Holmes Cemetery. He is from Edgefield. There is a Corley line in Edgefield County, South Carolina.
