Biography
Hannibal was born in 1809. He is the son of David Congdon and Susanna Barnes.
born Fort Ann, NY, married Eliza SKINNER & moved to WI 1844. (Note: Hannibal subsequently left his wife & 7 children in WI for the CA Gold Rush in 1850, and was never heard from again, that's another mystery!)
