Thomas Cook was baptised on December 29, 1740 in Bishops Cannings, Wiltshire, England, son of Michael Cook (<1710–1783) and Susannah Pike (1713– ).[1]

Thomas (21) married Sarah Neate (19) (born before July 17, 1743 in All Cannings, Wiltshire; daughter of Thomas Neate and Alice (Maslen) Neate) on October 21, 1762 in All Cannings, Wiltshire.[2]

Their children were:

Thomas died before August 11, 1817 in All Cannings, Wiltshire, United Kingdom, aged about 76.
