Biography
Charlotte was born in 1854. She is the daughter of George Cosper and Rebecca Merrill.
In the 1860 census S (age 6) was in Northern Division, Randolph, Alabama, United States.[1]
In the 1900 census Charlotte (age 46) was the wife of Littleton T Lowe in Election Precinct 9 Lost Creek, Cleburne, Alabama, United States.[2]
Charlotte died on 12 February 1926 and was buried in Graham, Randolph, Alabama, United States.[3]
Charlotte's daughter Mary Ida Walker died on 17 April 1952 in Big Spring, Howard, Texas, United States.[4]
Charlotte's daughter Emma Belle Lowry died in 1953 in Cleburne, Alabama, United States.[5]
