Biography
Virginia Maryland Counts (E363) married Noah Webster Rasnick (E228) in Dickenson County, Virginia on 6/5/1884. He was a farmer, orchardist and inventor. They lived on Nealy Ridge, Virginia, up the hill from the historic coal mining town of Clinchco. They had 11 children:
