Biography
Charlotte Elizabeth was born on the 2nd April 1864[1] at Ickham, Kent, England[2]. She was the daughter of George Court[2] and Mary Court.
On the 17th March 1883, Charlotte Elizabeth married Charles Harlow[3], probably at Ickham, Kent, England.

- John Thomas Read , of Wingham, was charged with stealing one print dress and one cotton shirt, value 7s., the property of Charlotte Elizabeth Harlow at Wingham on Dec. 8th. (1898).
- Mrs. Harlow said she was the wife of Charles Harlow, and lived at Wingham Well......"[4]
