Biography

William was born in 1913. He is the son of Roy Cox and Mattie Isler. When William was about 17 years old he ran away from home because his step-mother was an "evil" woman and treated him badly. William kept in touch with his grandmother Virginia Olive Pollock-Cox and his Aunt Agnes Mozelle Cox-Suggs.
