- Robert William Cressy "Bob” died at his home in Caldwell, ID on June 5, 2016 at the age of 81. He was born November 1, 1934 to Glen J. Cressy and Frances E. Johnson in Boise, ID. Bob graduated from Donnelly McCall High School and was the quarterback for the football team. He was married to his late wife Verla Juanita (Breier) Cressy on September 17, 1955 and together they had four boys: Robert William Cressy Jr., Randy Allan Cressy, Lon Andrew Cressy, and Jamie Lee Cressy. They in turn had 17 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren, whom he cherished dearly. Bob enjoyed fishing, hunting, and camping. His favorite pastimes that he enjoyed were shuffle board, karaoke, gambling, and spending time with friends and family with a cold beer. Bob passed away in the arms of his loving girlfriend, Wilma Aubrey, with whom he shared many traveling adventures.
- Viewing will be held from 6-9 pm on Thursday, June 9, 2016 at Summers Funeral Home, 1205 W. Bannock Street, Boise, ID 83702. Graveside service will be held at 12 pm (noon) on Friday, June 10, 2016 at Dry Creek Cemetery, 9600 W. Hill Road, Boise, ID 83714.
