Biography

Selina was born in 1830. She was the daughter of William Cundy and Mary Burgess and was baptised on 17 Oct 1830 at St Just in Roseland.^[1]

In 1853 Selina had a daughter named Georgina Esther Jane Falkener Cundy.^[2] Sadly she died an infant.^[3]

On 22 Jul 1854 she married widower James Greenfield at Probus.^[4] Their first son George was bapitised in 1855 at Lanlivery.^[5] He also died an infant. In about 1857 the couple moved to Cardiff, Wales. The following children were born and baptised there:

• Mary Jane bap. 1857^[6]
• Emily bap. 1859^[7]
• George bap. 1861^[8]
• James b. abt. 1864^[9]
• Sarah bap. 1866^[10]
• Charles b, 1868^[11]
• Rosina b. 1870^[12] died an infant.
• Ethel bap. 1873^[13] died aged 3 years.
• Mabel bap. 1873^[14] died aged 3 years.

James died in 1899.^[15] That same year Selina married their boarder Evan Daniels who was 27 years younger than her.^[16]

Selina and Evan were married for 20 years until she passed away in 1919.^[17]
