Biography
Herbert Cutlip died young.
Herbert was born on the 4th of July,1901, the 6th child in the family of Andrew Cutlip and Sarah Cunningham.
Notations from amily records show he was born on the 4th of July, 1901.
His date of birth is assumed; as often happened at the turn of the 20th century, babies stillborn or soon after birth were not not recorded and there are no records of birth or death.
We assume from the lack of evidence he must have died as an infant.
Research Notes
The archives in Clarksburg, West Virginia burned to the ground in 1973 destroying over 75% of the records stored there. The records remaining were not digitized until the late 1990s - 2010.
It is possible that birth records for Herbert were destroyed and/or never created dying as an infant.
