Research Note

Though my Family has Cypher in our heritage, I can not ascertain if this branch of the Cypher name is related to me LJ Russell . This lineis located in Central Pennsylvania and mine are in Western Pennsylvania. Also, they have a variation in spelling as Cyphers for many of this branch. I add this note as Cypher was not a common name in Pennsylvania in the early to mid 1800's. Future research may tell.
