Biography

Carl Heinrich Daenke was born about 1860. He was the son of Caroline Reineke and Herman Daenke. [1]

Carl Heinrich Daenke 49 Single, son of Hermann Daenke, married Alice Maria Pope 41 Single, dau of Abraham Pope, on 01 Sep 1909 at Res of W E Pope Nr Gawler, Barossa, South Australia.[2]

He passed away about 1950. [3][4]

DEATH OF MR CARL DAENKE[5] —The death occurred on Tuesday of one of the oldest residents of the Tatiara in the person of Mr Carl Heinrich Daenke, of Wolseley. He was 91 years of age. Mr Daenke died at Nhill Hospital, where he had recently been an inmate. He is survived by his wife, Mrs Alice Daenke. The funeral will take place at Strathalbyn.
