DALBETH —WALKER. The wedding was celebrated at Holy Trinity Church, Dargaville, of Miss Muriel Walker, second daughter of Mr and Mrs E. C. Walker, of Dargaville, to Mr Hector Dalbeth, son of Mr and Mrs C. Dalbeth. of Hamilton. The church had been decorated by the friends of the bride, and the Rev. J. C. Russell performed the ceremony. The service was fully choral, Mrs B. S. Angus playing the wedding music. The bride, who entered the church with her father, wore a frock of cream georgette and silk lace, with a veil and orange blossoms, and carried a shower bouquet of while asters, dahlias and maidenhair fern. She was attended by three bridesmaids and a flower-girl. The chief bridesmaid, Miss Sanders, wore a frock of peach mylista silk, with a tulle cap to tone and carried a bouquet of shaded dahlias with maidenhair fern. The two younger bridesmaids, little Dulcie Walker, sister of the bride, and Thelma Hogan, a cousin, wore frocks of pink and mauve crepe de chine. All three carried posies of mauve and pink asters. The bridegroom was attended by his brother. Mr Herbert Dalbeth. The bride’s mother, Mrs E. C. Walker, wore a mushroom crepe do chine coat, with shoes and hat to tone. Mrs Dalbeth, mother of the bridegroom, was in black silk marocain, with panne velvet hat.
