Birth

Howard Christy Daly, older son of Raymond Christy Daly (1902-1936) and his wife Dorothea Annette (Shay) Christy (1898-1972), was born 31 May 1929 in Melrose, Massachusetts.

Howard's father, Raymond died in 1936, and his mother, Dorothy Annette (Shay) Daly remarried 18 Dec 1937 in Reno, Nevada, Allen Frederick Crabtree, Jr.

In the 1940 US Federal Census, Howard D Crabtree, age 10, is living in Hudson, New Hampshire with his mother Dorothea S Crabtree 38, stepfather Allen F Crabtree 36, and brother Emery C (Daly) Crabtree 7.

Howard graduated from Nashua Senior High in Nashua, NH in June of 1946. He graduated from the University of NH in Durham, NH in June of 1950 with a B.S. in Chemistry.

Marriage

Howard married, 2 Jul 1955, Julianne Crisman, daughter of the Hon. Lewis R Crisman and his wife Beatrice M Blackman, at the Methodist Church in Forty Fort, Luzerne, PA.

Children:

Howard was employed by Eastman Kodak as a Supervisor in Rochester, Monroe, NY.

Death

Howard Christy Daly died 14 May 1973 in Bourne, Massachusetts. He was 44 yrs old.
